Agreement mtr-offer-2026-10-07-final

Service terms

These terms plus the package card you agree to at checkout are the whole deal. We are not your lawyer, your distributor of record by magic, or a store.

Millennium Team Records operates the desk at 3396 E 116th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44120. The site is the customer counter. A person at the desk does the sending.

What you buy

You buy the included lines on that package, at that price, for that term. The single is $9.99, paid once, and stays up while this desk keeps its distribution account. It includes the same social and Content ID feeds as an EP or an album. A partner may keep up to 20% of that social money. Every other package is one year. If that next year is not paid, the work comes down after notice. Excluded lines are not a bonus. On-demand CD, on-demand vinyl, and a finished music run are submissions. They are not placed in HMV, Fnac, JB Hi-Fi, or any other record shop. A date on this site is not a stocking date. The plant's bill is not included, the plant is not named, and a wholesaler account at Alliance is not claimed. Book paperbacks go to KDP print on the Amazon paperback stores named on Publish, and into the Ingram catalog so bookstores and libraries in those regions can order. That is not a promise a store will stock the book. JPay, Securus, ViaPath, and CorrLinks are not open. Older marketing that named 244 stores, a pressing plant, or radio is withdrawn.

Studio

A final master is $199.99 for one song, paid once, and held in the cash vault. You supply a stereo mix by https link. Character and loudness are instructions. A person at the desk masters the file. This site does not run an automatic mastering engine and does not pretend a master is finished until the desk posts the link. You keep the copyright. The studio fee is not a distribution package and does not send the song to a store.

Splits and the release sheet

On a music package you may record artist and producer splits. Those percentages are your note. They must add to 100. The quarterly royalty payment goes to the account holder, not to each name on the sheet. You remain responsible for paying the people you named. A store does not take payment instructions from this page. The release sheet records the file type, artwork size, explicit flag, songwriter, and optional ISRC or UPC that digital stores usually require, and the interior, cover, and ISBN lines the book vendors usually require. A complete sheet means we will review the links. It is not a promise that Spotify, Apple, Amazon, KDP, or Ingram will accept the file. We do not invent an ISRC, a UPC, or an ISBN.

Copyright, publication, marks, and patents

You keep the copyright in the master or the manuscript and in the artwork. You give the desk permission to deliver those files to the stores or vendors named in the package, for the term you paid. That permission is not a transfer of the copyright, not a publishing assignment, and not a license to print the work except through the KDP and IngramSpark submissions a book package names. Millennium Team Records, MTR, and MTR 116th are used as house marks. No U.S. trademark registration is on file here, so the registered-mark symbol is not used. No patent is claimed, and no patent number is printed on this site.

Industry and government compliance

This desk follows the package you paid for and the service terms on this page. It is not a performing-rights society, not SoundExchange, and not a government office. A copyright registration, a trademark application, and a tax return are not filed from this website. Store rules and the law of the place of delivery still apply. We do not sell personal information. No government seal is claimed.

Your warranty

You promise you control the rights, or you are allowed to deliver the work. If a store or a claimant says otherwise, we take it down. The fee is not a license to infringe, and it is not refunded because of a rights dispute you caused.

Royalties

This house collects royalties for music, books, and video when a store or vendor pays the house. We take no percentage of what we receive. A distribution partner may keep up to 20% of social and Content ID revenue before the house is paid. Amazon and Ingram deduct their own printing and delivery fees before they pay. A credit appears on the royalty account only when the desk records money it has received. This site does not read a store dashboard and does not invent a deposit. Statement notes you type are not added to the balance.

We pay the royalty account quarterly, in January, April, July, and October, for the quarter that ended in Cleveland time. We pay when the balance at that quarter end is $100 or more. Under $100 stays on the account until a later quarter crosses $100. The payment goes to the checking account or wire instructions on the payout form. We store the payee, the bank name, and the last four digits only. The desk sends the money and then marks the quarter paid. The page does not move a bank transfer by itself. We do not produce a music video. Video royalties are credited only when video money is paid to this house.

A recovery request asks the desk to pursue unpaid money at a society that pays. The list is ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, Global Music Rights, SoundExchange, The MLC, the Songwriters Guild of America when that guild is administering the catalog or holding money, and Copyright Clearance Center for text. Another society can be named. SoundScan, now Luminate, measures sales and streams. It does not collect or pay royalties, so a SoundScan case cannot be marked collected. A request is not a balance and not a promise the society will pay. The figure you type is what you believe is unpaid. Money is credited only when the house receives it, and then it follows the same quarterly payout. We do not take a percentage of that recovery. We do not file against a store, a playlist, or a chart company for a royalty it does not owe.

Term and takedown

A single stays up while our distribution account stays active. If we close that account, you get 60 days' notice and your files. An EP, an album, and every book package last one paid year. If the next year is not paid, the work comes down after 14 days' notice. A store can remove a release under its own rules at any time.

Refunds

Email [email protected] before we send the files and the desk fee is refunded in full. After the send, the fee is earned. We do not refund a store's decision to reject a legal, complete file, but we will tell you and we will not pretend it went live.

Cards and the cash vault

Debit, credit, checking, and wire are open. Bitcoin, USDC, XRP, Dogecoin, and Nigerian naira can be recorded as vault holds. There is no X coin. No wallet address is taken, and no coin or naira is moved. While Stripe is not connected, card tenders are held in the cash vault on your account. We do not take the card number on this site, we do not collect a full bank account or routing number, and we do not send the charge through another company's merchant account. A hold is not marked paid and it is not cash in a bank. It does let you send files. When Stripe is connected, debit and credit for a package leave this site for Stripe's page. The vault records that payment only after Stripe confirms the amount, the currency, and the order. Checking, wire, and coin holds stay in the vault. Amounts stay in the vault until Stripe or a bank payout account is connected and the entry is settled. Yearly packages held in the vault do not renew by themselves.

Portal figures

Maps and source charts are private to the account. Figures you enter are yours, not a store report, until a later version of this desk says a statement was posted by the house. The sample on the portal is not your work. We do not publish your numbers.

Limits

We are not liable for a store's editorial choices, a change in a store's territory, lost profits, or streams that never came. If we fail to send a complete, paid, rights-clear file set, your remedy is a refund of the desk fee for that package. Nothing here creates a partnership, a record deal beyond this delivery, or a joint ownership of the work.
